Ronita Boullt, PresidentRonita Boullt is a Disability Awareness Advocate, Educator, and Consultant with a wide range of professional experience and expertise. Having earned a BS degree in Rehabilitation Services and Counseling, Ronita holds several additional training licenses. An author, speaker, Certified Peer Counselor, Mentor, Strategic Consultant-Collaborator and Patient Advocate, Ronita leads workshops, presentations, and roundtable discussions on mental health, surviving trauma, and navigating systems of care. Her work is based on her lived experience and more than 10 years in case management, serving vulnerable individuals with Intellectual /Development Disabilities (I/DD).
Over a 30-year career, Ronita has assisted the elderly; people living with disabilities, including veterans; those with complex health conditions. Using her lived experience and expertise, she has created an online healthcare training curriculum for healthcare professionals, caregivers, providers, and individuals: “Navigating Systems of Care.” This curriculum centers on the needs of individuals with complex disabilities and healthcare needs, utilizing a framework of holistic, quality of life, person-centered care. |
Erica Hardy Davis, Vice PresidentErica Davis is the Director, HR North America for Brooks Running. She has been in the Human
Resources profession for over 30 years. In her spare time, Erica enjoys spending time with her family, boating, hiking, traveling, and sees herself as a continuous learner. She is passionate about helping in the community. In addition to serving on the board of Caring with Compassion Community, she also volunteers for Make-A-Wish Foundation. Libby Williams, TreasurerLibby Williams serves as the Treasurer of CwCC, bringing a wealth of financial expertise and business leadership to the organization. She is the owner and CEO of Williams Real Estate Group @ Goldhouse Realty, a thriving real estate firm, as well as Real Estate Business School LLC, where she is committed to educating and empowering the next generation of real estate professionals. Libby is an Accounting & Finance alumna of Pacific Lutheran University and has built an impressive career foundation in public and nonprofit sectors as a Grant Accountant, Budget Analyst, and Contract Manager. Her diverse experience and strategic insight continue to be instrumental in driving both her business ventures and her contributions to CwCC’s mission.
