April began her journey with CwCC as a Peer Program volunteer in May 2025 and quickly grew into both a valued team member and an integral part of the community. She earned her Certified Peer Counselor credential in November 2025 and brings extensive lived experience. Aprl is deeply passionate about offering compassionate support—providing a listening ear and a steady, understanding presence so others feel valued, heard, and never alone.

Lee is a graduate of The Evergreen State College and a Boys & Girls Clubs Youth of the Year Scholar through the Pierce County/Tacoma Boys & Girls Clubs. These experiences shaped his passion for helping people and communities thrive together.  Lee is training to be a Certified Peer Counselor.
