Program Overview
CwCC Peer Mentor Program & Services Empowering BIPoC and marginalized communities through lived experience, peer leadership, and recovery-informed support.
At Caring with Compassion Community (CwCC), we believe that healing and leadership begin with lived experience. Our Peer Mentor Program & Services is designed to uplift individuals in behavioral health recovery—especially those from "Black Indigenous People of Color" (BIPoC) and underserved marginalized communities—by providing culturally responsive, competency-based peer support pathways.
Program Overview The Peer Mentor Program provides a safe, inclusive space for individuals with lived experience to build professional and leadership skills through real-time learning and community engagement. While CwCC is not an HCA-approved CPSS training provider, our program offers meaningful opportunities for personal growth, peer connection, and skill-building that complement formal credentialing pathways.
